On 8 July, Ambassador KAWAGUCHI attended the ceremony for presentation of the Mauritian delegation to Tokyo Paralympic Games with the Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Recreation, Hon. Jean Christophe Stephan Toussaint.
