Live Japanese Cuisine Demonstration by Ambassador KAWAGUCHI

On 4th October, Ambassador KAWAGUCHI conducted a demonstration of “Washoku (Japanese cuisine)” at Ecole Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval.
Ambassador demonstrated five dishes of Japanese soup with vegetable, Fried eggplant and zucchini with sweet miso (bean paste) sauce, Sashimi (bite-sized filet of fresh fish), Teriyaki Marlin (Grilled fish with sweet soy sauce) and Garlic flavored fried tomato to the culinary course students of Ecole Hôtelière.
In the seminar, students showed curiously intent look on their faces and acquired the knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine.
