「教えて、日本！ Tell me! Japan 第2回ジャパン・スタディ・ウィーク」の開催/Oshiété! Nippon (Tell me! Japan) ~2nd Edition~
昨年度に続き茶道の紹介セミナー、デモンストレーションをモーリシャス大学、ヘネシーパークホテルで行いました。今年度は裏千家ロンドン出張所より木村講師一行に当地へ来て頂きました。茶道についての歴史、伝統について紹介をしていただき、ヘネシーパークホテルでは参加者は日本人シェフによる和菓子とともに抹茶を楽しみました。16日には、大使公邸に政府関係者、外交団等を招き実際にお茶を点てる体験をしていただき、日本の文化をより深く知っていただく機会となりました。
This year, Japanese tea ceremony was presented by Master Kimura from London with his team. All of the lectures and experiences fascinated the guests, especially the experience of drinking Matcha(Japanese Green Tea) and tasting Japanese sweets(Wagashi) which was made by a Japanese Chef.
Government officials and diplomatic corps were invited in the residence of Ambassador on 16th. They enjoyed making tea themselves with the instruction by tea teachers.
