「三味線＆民謡コンサート」の開催/ SHAMISEN& JAPANESE FOLK MUSIC CONCERT
当館はロンドン在住の津軽三味線奏者、一川響氏と演歌歌手、望月あかり氏を迎え、「三味線＆民謡コンサート/ SHAMISEN& JAPANESE FOLK MUSIC CONCERT」を以下の日程で開催しました。
10月5日（土）：コーダンアートセンター
10月6日（日）：ヘネシーパークホテルレストラン「SushiMe」
10月9日（水）：大使公邸
The Embassy of Japan held the Shamisen & Japanese folk music concert as follows:
5/10(Sat): Caudan Arts Centre
6/10(Sun): Hennessy Park Hotel
9/10(Wed): Residence of the Ambassador
The concert was played by Hibiki Ichikawa, player of Shamisen and Akari Mochizuki, singer of Japanese folk music based in London.
コーダンアートセンターでの観客数は招待客、一般客合わせて359名となり、モーリシャスで日本の伝統的な邦楽「津軽三味線」と「民謡」を体験する良い機会となりました。演奏の合間には、三味線と民謡に関してのユーモアを交えた説明もあり、観客は楽しみながら日本の文化への理解を深めました。コンサート終了後には写真撮影などが行われ、三味線を実際に触れることでモーリシャスの人たちにとって日本の伝統音楽がより身近なものへとなりました。
359 audience at the Caudan Arts Centre had the opportunity to have the experience of Japanese traditional music《Tsugaru-shamisen》and《Japanese folk music》. During the performance, the audience enjoyed the explanation of the instruments and songs from the artists with a much appreciated touch of humour.
After the concert, some of the audience enjoyed to play the shamisen and the Japanese traditional music.

9日には、大使公邸に政府関係者、外交団等を招きコンサートを行いました。全部で約10曲が披露され、中にはゲストが一緒に手拍子をしたり、歌ったりする場面もありました。本イベントはCaudan Arts Centre、Hennessy Park Hotel、L’Epicerie、Air Mauritius社の協力を得て開催されました。
Government officials and diplomatic corps were invited at the residence of the Ambassador on 9th of October. The guests enjoyed their performance, started clapping their hands and singing during the concert.
