日モーリシャス記念切手・封筒の発行(気象レーダーサイト整備計画プロジェクト関連)
日モーリシャス外交関係開設50周年と気象レーダーサイト完成を記念し、モーリシャスポストが4月30日に「日モーリシャス記念切手・封筒」を発行いたしました。
記念切手は日本政府による無償資金協力によって建設された気象レーダーの写真が図案となっています。また、初日カバーの中のしおりには“日本とモーリシャスの今後50年の友好関係、パートナーシップに向けて”といったメッセージが込められ切手図案の説明と両国間の歴史交流の歩み、更に当国への我が国経済協力の貢献が記されており、文面には気象レーダーサイト整備計画の概要が説明されています。
Mauritius Post issued a commemorative stamp for 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Mauritius, and also for the inauguration of Doppler Solid State Radar at Trou-aux-Cerf. It was released on the 30 April 2019 by Mauritius Post Ltd.
The stamp portrays the S-Band Doppler Solid State Radar and is depicted in this quote from the Japanese Embassy in Mauritius: “Towards the next 50 years of friendship and partnership between Japan and Mauritius ”.
Mauritius Post a émis un timbre commémoratifs pour le 50ème anniversaire des relations entre le Japon et Maurice, aussi pour aussi l’inauguration du Doppler Solid State Radar à Trou-aux-Cerf. Il a été publié le 30 Avril 2019 sur une enveloppe commémorative techniquement connu en tant que « First Day Cover » ou Enveloppe Premier Jour.
Le timbre représente le S-Band Doppler Solid State Radar en énonçant le message“Vers les 50 prochaines années d’amitié et de partenariat entre le Japon et Maurice”.
