日本映画祭の開催（2018年3月16日～19日）/ Japanese Film Festival (March 16-19, 2018)

当館は日・モーリシャス外交関係樹立50周年、モーリシャス独立50周年を記念し、モーリシャス映画開発公社（MFDC）と共催で日本映画祭を開催しました。
上映は、3月16日（金）から19日（月）まで、モーリシャス各地の映画館、大学ホールで行われました。
The Embassy of Japan held the first Japanese Film Festival in collaboration with the Mauritius Film Development Corporation (MFDC) on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Mauritius and the 50th Anniversary of Independence of Mauritius.
This festival took place at cinema halls and Octave Wiehé Auditorium of the University of Mauritius from Thursday 16th to Saturday 19th March 2018.
上映は、3月16日（金）から19日（月）まで、モーリシャス各地の映画館、大学ホールで行われました。

3月16日にはMCine Trianonにてオープニングセレモニーを開催し、当国芸術・文化大臣、観光大臣をはじめとする政府関係者、MFDCチェアマン、当地外交団など、多くの方々にご出席いただきました。
On the 16 th of March, the Embassy organized the Launching ceremony at MCine Trianon where many guests from Government, diplomatic corps and other sectors including the Hon Prithvirajsing ROOPUN, Minister of Arts and Culture and the Hon Anil Kumarsingh GAYAN, Minister of Tourism participated it.

セレモニー前に行われたカクテルでは、日本酒テイスティングコーナーの設置や日本紹介パンフレットの配布を行いました。

3月19日にはモーリシャス大学で上映を行い、学生をはじめとする多くの観客が訪れました。上映前には加藤大使、ジャリー モーリシャス大学副学長によるスピーチが行われました。
