柔術トーナメント 第1回日本大使杯の開催（2018年7月28日～29日）

当館は2018年7月28日（土）～29日（日）にポートルイス市内のグランド・リバー・ノース・ウェスト柔道道場にて、モーリシャス柔術連盟とともに、初めてとなる日本大使杯を開催しました。
全国大会である本大会には世界大会チャンピオン、アフリカ大会チャンピオンを含む男女115名の選手が参加し、優勝を争いました。
28日（土）には準決勝（一部決勝）までが行われ、29日（日）には加藤大使、プロアグ柔術連盟会長による開会挨拶、決勝戦、選手たちによるデモンストレーションが行われました。
表彰式では加藤大使、マムード ポートルイス市副市長たちより入賞者へ、メダルが贈呈されました。
Embassy of Japan in Mauritius and the Mauritius Ju-jitsu Federation held the 1st MJJF Ambassador of Japan Cup at the GRNW Judo Dojo on the 28th and 29th of July 2018.
115 participants including the World and African champions participated in the tournament.
The preliminaries took place on Saturday 28th of July while the finals on the day after. Ambassador Kato jointed on Sunday the 29th of July and made a speech together with the president of the MJJF, Mr Proag. Then a special demonstration was performed by the participants.
During the prize-giving ceremony, the Ambassador and the Deputy Lord Mayor, Mr Mamode were invited to decorate the winners.
