For those who apply for a visa as a technical intern trainee or a student and a receiving organization

As from 22 June 2022, both those who apply for a Certificate Eligibility and a receiving organization will be required to submit a “confirmation letter” relevant to the use of “Fast Track” and “Visit Japan Web”.
In case that the person who has already obtained a Certificate of Eligibility as of June 22 2022, the applicant and the receiving organization are required to submit a “confirmation letter” at the time of visa applications.
