Inauguration of Exhibition Center of Albion Fisheries research Centre

On May 19, Mr. KAN Masahiro, Ambassador of Japan to Mauritius, participated in the opening ceremony of the Albion Fisheries Research Center, which was renovated as part of the JICA Technical Cooperation Project for the Construction of an Integrated Coastal Ecosystem Management System.
The purpose of this project is to build an integrated coastal ecosystem management system in Mauritius and to contribute to healthier and more resilient coastal ecosystems. The Albion Fisheries Research Center exhibition facility is expected to raise interest and awareness of marine ecosystem conservation among the general public and students.
