National Ju-Jitsu Championships 2025

On the 15th of June, 2025, Mr. KAN Masahiro, Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Mauritius attended the National Ju-Jitsu Championships 2025 that was held in the hall of the complex of Beau-Bassin. The competition was organized by the Mauritius Ju Jitsu Federation (MJJF) and was divided in to 5 categories, as from the age of 10 till the age of 18 years old and above.
In his speech, the Ambassador Kan congratulated the MJJF for their consistency and thanked the president of the MJJF for the invitation. The Ambassador also reminded the audience of the honorable values of the Ju Jitsu, which are also inspiring as life values for the practitioners.
The president of MJJF, Mr. Nuvin Proag, expressed gratitude for the Ambassador’s presence which he deemed to be essential for the motivation of his federation and that of his members. Both His Excellency KAN Masahiro and Mr. Nuvin Proag remitted medals to the winners of each category.
