On November 28, Ambassador Kan attended the workshop “TAKUMI Robotics Mauritius Japan Week,” held at the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC).
TAKUMI Robotics Mauritius Japan Week is an academic and technical exchange event in the fields of robotics and AI in Mauritius, and its integration into the curriculum of universities is also being considered. Through the activities of Japanese companies DaraJapan and Wing Robotics, the initiative aims to deepen knowledge of industrial robotics and AI in Mauritius and contribute to the development of local experts. Furthermore, by leveraging Japanese technology, the program seeks to further promote friendship and academic exchange between the two countries, while Japan also places great importance on sharing knowledge with like-minded partners.
